Affiliate Program Terms

The 1ClickWebsite.ai affiliate program is run by Bold Slate LLC ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you (the "Affiliate") and Bold Slate LLC. By joining the program you agree to them.

These terms sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which still apply to your use of 1ClickWebsite.ai itself.

The program is free to join. We may approve or decline any application, and you need an approved account on our affiliate platform (PromoteKit) to earn and be paid.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. One affiliate account per person or business.

You earn 30% of every eligible payment made by each customer credited to you, for as long as that customer keeps paying for an eligible plan and your affiliate account is in good standing.

Eligible payments are 1ClickWebsite.ai plan subscriptions, monthly or annual, including plans we add later. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually pays after discounts.

These are not eligible: website hosting, credit packs and other one-time purchases, taxes, payments that are refunded or charged back, and payments from your own account or any account you control.

Rate lock: if we ever lower the commission rate, the lower rate applies only to customers referred after the change. Customers already credited to you keep earning at the rate in place when they were referred.

Any separate arrangement we have agreed with you in writing, such as an introduction deal, continues as agreed.

A customer is credited to you when they use your coupon code at checkout, or when they sign up within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link.

Each customer is credited to one affiliate only. When tracking records conflict, we decide using our records, and our decision is final.

Tracking can fail for reasons outside our control, such as ad blockers, browser settings, or errors at a third-party platform. If you believe a customer was missed, tell us within 60 days of their signup and we will review it.

Your coupon code gives new customers 10% off their plan for their first 3 months.

Do not post your code on coupon, deal, or cashback sites, and do not use it in paid search ads.

Commissions are paid on Net-30 terms: commissions earned in one month are paid by the end of the following month, after the review period for refunds and disputes.

Payouts go through PromoteKit to the payout details in your affiliate account, so keep them up to date. If a commission cannot be paid for 12 months after it is earned because your payout details are missing or invalid, that commission is forfeited.

You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for a W-9, W-8BEN, or similar form before paying you.

If a payment is refunded or charged back after we have paid its commission, we deduct that commission from your next payout.

You may promote 1ClickWebsite.ai anywhere you have a real audience, including videos, posts, communities, newsletters, courses, and your own website. Promotions should be honest and useful.

Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as the FTC and similar rules require. For example: "I earn a commission if you sign up with my code."

You may not make false or exaggerated claims, including guaranteed results or invented earnings; bid on "1ClickWebsite" or close variations in paid search, or use them in domain names or social handles; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; pretend to be 1ClickWebsite.ai or our staff; post fake reviews; or refer yourself, create fake accounts, or pay people to sign up.

You are an independent affiliate, not our employee, agent, or partner, and you cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.

You may use our name, logo, and the materials we provide only to promote 1ClickWebsite.ai under these terms.

You can close your affiliate account at any time. We pay the commissions you earned up to that date at the next payout, and no new commissions accrue after it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Commissions connected to the breach, such as self-referrals or fake signups, are forfeited. Other commissions you earned before the account was closed are paid as normal.

If we end the program, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and pay all commissions earned up to the end date.

Commissions are personal to you and cannot be sold or transferred without our written approval. If an affiliate dies, or an affiliate business is dissolved, we pay commissions earned up to that date to the estate or successor, and recurring commissions then end.

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. The rate lock in section 3 still applies to customers already credited to you.

If you keep promoting 1ClickWebsite.ai after the updated terms take effect, you accept them.

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the commissions paid to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Bold Slate LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
